What information do we need to recommend a dispensing system?

Choosing a dispensing system depends on more than just the number of people or taps. To recommend a suitable solution, we need to know what you’re going to serve, how you’re going to use it, and what the actual demand will be.

1. What drink you want to serve
Beer, wine, water, vermouth, cocktails, kombucha, cider, coffee, or another drink may require different setups. We shouldn’t automatically apply a solution designed for one drink to another.

2. How many drinks or lines you need
Let us know how many different drinks you want to serve and how many dispensing points you need to use simultaneously.

3. Expected consumption during your busiest period
We’re especially interested in demand during the busiest hour. If you estimate it in glasses or servings, also tell us their approximate volume so we can convert it to liters per hour.

4. What temperature the drink will be when it reaches the equipment
Cooling a pre-chilled drink is not the same as receiving one at room temperature. The incoming temperature can significantly affect the equipment required.

5. What container or keg you’ll use
We need to know the format of the keg, container, or package to check which coupler, connections, and dispensing system are suitable.

6. How the drink will be dispensed
Depending on the drink and the system, CO₂, a gas blend, air, or another compatible solution may be used. There is no universal setup for every installation.

7. Where and how it will be used
Tell us whether it will be for home use, hospitality, an event, a trade fair, or a permanent installation, as well as any operating conditions that could affect the selection.
